Who is behind this
A calm voice from a life that is not calm
I am Steven Webb. In 1991, at eighteen, I dived into a swimming pool and broke my neck. I have been paralysed from the chest down ever since. Meditation did not fix my life. It changed how I meet it.
This podcast is where I talk honestly about the hard weeks: anger, grief, pain, overthinking and the rest. I teach from the mess, not from the mountaintop.
